Our founder, John Iino is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Certified Professional Coach from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). He is a successful leader, professional coach, lawyer, and agent of change. He is the Chief Diversity Officer of a major global law firm, and has served in senior management and leadership roles, including overseeing a $400 million division of the firm.

From this experience, he understands the challenges, struggles and successes lawyers, executives and business leaders face. He has been featured at legal and diversity-inclusion conferences around the country.
