John Iino
John works with companies and individuals to drive change in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), achieving excellence and positive results through his experience as a global senior executive, corporate director, DEI professional, trainer, executive coach and speaker.
From 2016-2023 he served as Reed Smith's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Global Chair, leading Reed Smith’s efforts to sponsor and achieve diversity and inclusion in the legal community. Reed Smith is a global law firm with over 3,000 employees in 31 offices around the world. Some of the most notable accomplishments during his tenure as DE&I Global Chair included:

Recognized as one of the top three major law firm to receive the Thomas Sager Award from the Minority Corporate Counsel Association for diversity & inclusion programming and successes (2019).

John is a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) from the Institute of Diversity Certification and was recently recognized as one of the Top 50 Chief Diversity Officers by the National Diversity Council. He was also awarded a TOP 50 Diversity Star, the “Nation’s Best (Western Region)” by Lawyers of Color, and received a “Diversity FIRST™” Award from the California Diversity Council. He was named among the top 500 ''Most Influential People in LA'' by the LA Business Journal and has been named ''One of the Nation's Most Influential Minority Attorneys''.
As a frequent keynote speaker, panelist and trainer John speaks on topics such as diversity and inclusion, inclusive leadership and management. John also hosts of the acclaimed "Inclusivity Included" podcast, which was recognized by Business Insider as 1 of 8 podcasts on race that all leaders should follow.
He is a Certified Professional (Executive) Coach, and is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and is a Certified Diversity Professional from the Institute for Diversity Professionals.
